At Koi Gardens, we ensure your order is packed and dispatched within 3 business days, with most orders dispatched within 1 business day.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. If there are any errors, please contact us immediately to cancel your order without any fees.
• Once your order is picked, inspected, and packed (usually within a few hours), an invoice will be generated and sent to you. At this point, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee (refer to our Return Policy).

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within Australia:

• Standard Shipping (2 to 8 business days):
  • Orders $1,000.00 and above: Free
  • Orders under $1,000.00: $45.00 flat rate

Delivery Timeframes
