Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Return Policy
You may return products within 21 days from the order date for a refund or replacement, including change of mind.
After 21 days, all purchases are deemed satisfactory and no returns will be accepted.
All items must be:

Unmodified, unaltered, and not tampered with

Undamaged due to incorrect installation
We are not responsible for installation errors. If an item is proven faulty, our maximum liability is limited to refunding the product price.
Return Procedure
Initiate your return through our self-service return process on our website.

Provide your invoice number

Choose the part number you wish to return

Provide a detailed reason for the return
Your return request will be processed within 3 business days. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
⚠️ Note: Returns will not be accepted without prior online authorization.
All returns must be postage paid. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Ensure all returns are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged due to poor packing.
Return Shipping Cost
You are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases, including:

Incorrect item purchased
We will only cover return shipping if we shipped the incorrect item.
Product Damaged in Transit
All items are carefully inspected and packed by our warehouse team.
If you receive a damaged item:

Contact us immediately to request a replacement
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns not caused by our error.
This fee is based on the product price plus shipping cost and is non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days after we receive your return at our warehouse.

You will receive a “credit approved” email once processed
Please allow 4–7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
